1. Refund Eligibility
The Customer may request a refund under the following conditions:
  • The service was not delivered on time or in full (breach of contract).
  • The service does not match its advertised description.
  • The Customer canceled the service before its commencement (unless otherwise stated in the agreement).
Refunds are not granted if:
  • The service was fully rendered without violations.
  • The Customer violated the service’s terms of use.
2. Refund Process
  1. Request Submission:
  • Contact support within 14 days of identifying the issue.
  • Provide: order number, payment proof, and a detailed reason for the refund.
  1. Review:
  • We will process your request within 7 business days.
  1. Refund Issuance:
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days.
  • The refund method depends on the original payment:
  • Credit/Debit Card → refund to the same card.
  • Bank Transfer → refund to the original account.
3. Special Cases
  • Digital Services: Refunds are only possible before usage begins.
4. Legal Compliance (Kazakhstan)
  • This Policy aligns with the Law of RK "On Consumer Rights Protection" (Articles 15-17).
  • Disputes are resolved via negotiation or in court (Almaty/Nur-Sultan jurisdiction).
