1. Refund EligibilityThe Customer may request a refund under the following conditions:
- The service was not delivered on time or in full (breach of contract).
- The service does not match its advertised description.
- The Customer canceled the service before its commencement (unless otherwise stated in the agreement).
Refunds are not granted if:
- The service was fully rendered without violations.
- The Customer violated the service’s terms of use.
2. Refund Process- Request Submission:
- Contact support within 14 days of identifying the issue.
- Provide: order number, payment proof, and a detailed reason for the refund.
- Review:
- We will process your request within 7 business days.
- Refund Issuance:
- Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days.
- The refund method depends on the original payment:
- Credit/Debit Card → refund to the same card.
- Bank Transfer → refund to the original account.
3. Special Cases- Digital Services: Refunds are only possible before usage begins.
4. Legal Compliance (Kazakhstan)- This Policy aligns with the Law of RK "On Consumer Rights Protection" (Articles 15-17).
- Disputes are resolved via negotiation or in court (Almaty/Nur-Sultan jurisdiction).
